Raycus Laser,

The company expects its annual revenue to be between 3.55 billion to 3.85 billion yuan, marking an increase of 11.33% to 20.74% compared to the previous year. The net profit attributable to the parent company is anticipated to be between 200 million to 250 million yuan, a significant increase of 389.32% to 511.64%.

Raycus has successfully developed and launched several new products, strategically upgraded its product performance and services, and created specialized solutions for market-specific needs. The company has expanded laser application scenarios and implemented comprehensive measures to reduce costs in raw materials, R&D, product quality control, lean production management, logistics, and smart manufacturing. These efforts have significantly improved the gross profit margin. Industry feedback suggests that Raycus Laser has effectively managed its receivables in 2023.

Inno Laser,

A manufacturer of nanosecond, picosecond, and femtosecond lasers for microprocessing, has reported a predicted net loss for its shareholders of 4 million to 12 million yuan for 2023, a decrease of 117.72% to 153.16% from the previous year. The company’s strategy to “open sources” and “tap potential” accelerated the development of new sectors such as photovoltaics, MicroLED, and medical, aligning with the recovery trend in consumer electronics and other mature markets. Especially from the third quarter, as mature businesses recovered and new ventures showed results, the operational situation improved markedly, with the fourth quarter’s revenue reaching a historical high, contributing to overall business growth and structural optimization. The net profit decline was primarily due to increased investment in R&D and sales for developing new businesses and market opportunities, which led to higher operational costs.

The net profit attributable to the parent company was around 143 million yuan, up by 79.41%. The growth is attributed to continuous technological innovation, market development efforts, and investment in R&D, along with expansion into aerospace and other application fields.

JCZ,

A marking machine system manufacturer, reported a revenue of approximately 220 million yuan for 2023, a 10.98% increase from the previous year. The net profit attributable to the listed company’s shareholders was 44.0568 million yuan, a 12.74% increase. The net profit attributable to the parent company’s owners, after excluding non-recurring gains and losses, was 29.6533 million yuan, a 20.33% decrease due to increased investments in technology R&D and market expansion.

Delphi Laser,

focused on laser precision microprocessing for semiconductor, new electronics, and new energy applications, reported a revenue of 582 million yuan for 2023, a 2.35% increase. However, the operating profit was 31 million yuan, down by 54.50%, and the net profit attributable to the parent was 39 million yuan, a 41.69% decrease. The net profit attributable to the listed company’s shareholders was 724 million yuan, and the net profit after excluding non-recurring gains and losses was 664 million yuan. The company has continuously expanded into new markets, optimizing product structures, and seen a sustained increase in laser processing control system and intelligent cutting head orders, leading to improved overall performance.

The net profit attributable to the parent company’s owners was 102.4134 million yuan, a 9.07% increase, and the net profit after excluding non-recurring gains and losses was 72.5993 million yuan, a 6.61% increase. The company’s financial condition improved significantly by the end of 2023, with total assets and shareholder equity showing substantial growth due to successful fundraising from an initial public offering in July 2023 and continuous profit generation.

A semiconductor laser component supplier and industry pioneer, reported a total revenue of 561 million yuan for 2023, a slight increase of 1.69% from the previous year. However, the net profit attributable to the listed company’s shareholders was 89.68 million yuan, a 29.44% decrease, with the net profit after excluding non-recurring gains and losses being 70.9044 million yuan, a 15.24% decrease. The company faced challenges from the complex economic environment, increased competition, and a decrease in some upstream component prices, affecting the gross profit margin.

UM Laser,

Specializing in precision laser welding equipment and intelligent manufacturing solutions, announced its 2023 performance, with a revenue of approximately 3.543 billion yuan, a 25.53% increase from the previous year, and a net profit attributable to the parent company’s owners of 291 million yuan, an 8.85% increase. The revenue growth contributed to increases in operating profit and total profit.

JPT Laser,

A manufacturer of lasers and intelligent equipment, announced its 2023 performance, with a revenue of approximately 1.243 billion yuan, a 5.90% increase, and a total profit of about 119 million yuan, a 49.92% increase. The net profit attributable to the parent and the net profit after excluding non-recurring gains and losses were approximately 108 and 85 million yuan, up by 40.71% and 56.90%, respectively. The company’s advancements in new energy power battery laser processing and focus on key application areas and clients contributed to its success.

Hymson Laser,

Focusing on the laser and automation equipment manufacturing for industries such as lithium batteries, photovoltaics, consumer electronics, sheet metal processing, and advanced displays, reported a 2023 revenue of 4.803 billion yuan, a 16.98% increase, but a net profit attributable to the parent company of 326 million yuan, a 14.26% decrease. The revenue increase was driven by more customer and project acceptances, but increased R&D investment and management changes led to a slight decrease in operating profit.
